The following are the start.gr PC top 20 Adventure games of all time, along with links to their official sites, developer sites and scores and review links of the 2 best gaming sites on the net. The undeniable king of developers of adventure games was Lucas Arts, a company that created some true masterpieces in the (graphic) Adventure genre. Unfortunately in recent years we have seen the decline of the genre, but at least some great titles still make their way to our computers that are great.

Special notice must be made to the company that created the adventure Genre >> Infocom, which created some of the most imaginative and inovative games in the history of gaming with its amazing text adventures in the 80's. As most people will not be remember those games and while one can find them in emulation form with some effort, we have decided not to include these old text adventures in the index, even though the quality of those games would merit some very high positions in this ranking.

Unfortunately many of these titles dont have links as some of the companies have dissapeared and no official sites were either ever made or still exist, still some of these titles can be found in classic games collections and bundles, if you are a fan of adventure games, each and every one of these is an experience not to be missed.

Possibly the best and easiest way to find old games is to search through Google's FROOGLE engine, which will point you to websites selling the desired titles, if you are looking for any of these or older games try it and its almost certain that you will find what you want.
